Do we have your attention? Here are the rules:
1) The object of the contest is for participants (fan club members) to recruit new fan club members. In turn they should notify you when they sign up and you will keep a list to submit at the end of the contest. You will need a minimum of 2 new fan club members to enter the contest. Contest begins April 23, 2007 and is not retro-active.
2) You must be an active fan club member in good standing to participate.
3) You are responsible for maintaining a list of your recruits and submitting them by email to chrisyoungcountrynews@yahoo.com on or before midnight CST May 31, 2007. PLEASE ADD "CONTEST ENTRY" in the subject line of the email. The entrant with the most recruits (but a minimum of 2) will be determined the winner and announced on or about June 1, 2007. In the event of a tie, winner will be chosen by drawing a name (of those who are tied) out of the hat.
4) Prizes are non-transferable or exchangable for cash value.
5) Winner (if under 18 years of age) will be required to be accompanied by parent or guardian and one of the two tickets/lunch spots will be for the parent/guardian. Winner will be notified either by daytime phone or email as provided with contest entry.
6) If Winner is unable to attend the fan club party on June 9 and/or the luncheon, Chris Young & Chris Young Country® reserve the right to choose a different winner through a random drawing.
7) Entrants and/or parent or guardian hereby (1) agree to release the organizers, participants, employees, members, or agents, from any loss, damage, liability, or injury arising out of or resulting from this contest or any participation therein; (2) agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend them from and against any and all claims for loss, damage, liability, or injury, however caused, resulting directly or indirectly from competitors entry or participation in this contest or from acts or omissions of organizers or organizer’s agents.
8) Winner also agrees to have likeness and/or name published on www.ChrisYoungCountry.com without additional compensation. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by any subsequent published revisions of these rules, and by the decisions of Chris Young & Chris Young Country®, which are final in all matters relating to the contest.
Contest does NOT include: transportation, parking, hotel, or tickets to the CMA Fest. It includes only those prizes listed above.
